A short story
In 2020, I won a Best Character prize in a writing competition from the Historical Association for a short story. It was inspired by the true events of the Newport Chartist uprising of 1839 which resulted in multiple deaths.

(ALWAYS) SERVING TEA
This is a short poem about my local tea shop. In my family, we drink a lot of tea. We share stories and news over a cuppa. We always feel better for having one, no matter what sort of day we’ve had.
